Harold Aberman, D.V.M.

Dr. Aberman has more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry during which he gained significant expertise in the development, testing and approval of medical devices, particularly orthopedic devices. Previously, Dr. Aberman was the president of Applied Biological Concepts. He served as the Global Scientific Program Director and Director of Nonfusion Product Development (spine) for DePuy Synthes. Prior to joining DePuy Synthes, Dr. Aberman was the Executive Vice President of Chondrosite, the Director of Development for the Orthopedic Research Institute, and the Global Director of Scientific and Biological Affairs for Howmedica, a division of Pfizer. Dr. Aberman completed veterinary studies at Purdue University where he was an NIH Post-doctoral fellow and was awarded BSE and MSE degrees in engineering.
