Noble Life Sciences Consolidates Operations at Spring Valley Laboratories’ Site
– Closes Facility in Montgomery County Maryland
Sykesville, MD; February 29, 2016 – Noble Life Sciences (Sykesville, MD), a full service, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and non-GLP preclinical contract research organization (CRO), today announced the completion of the consolidation of their operations at the Spring Valley Laboratories site in Sykesville, Maryland. The company will provide all services, both GLP and non-GLP, at the site and has closed the Montgomery County facility. The consolidation of operations is a major step in the integration of Spring Valley Laboratories into Noble Life Sciences. The combined company will operate as Noble Life Sciences. Noble acquired Spring Valley Laboratories in November 2014.

Noble Life Sciences facilities in Sykesville consist of 24,000 square feet of animal housing, support, and laboratory space securely situated on a twenty-five acre campus including 8,000 sq. ft. of conventional and 14,000 sq. ft. of specific pathogen free (SPF) housing and support space for both small and large animals. Support spaces include two surgical suites with recovery room, intensive care area, and preparation area as well as laboratories for clinical pathology, designated test article storage and preparation, specimen analysis, necropsy and secure access-controlled archives.
